CFE Carbon Enrollment

Enrollment Guidelines

1. The information in this enrollment will help us to align you with programs that fit you best, so answer the questions to the best of your abilities.
2. You are not guaranteed to immediately be matched to a carbon program.
3. A couple follow up questions may be asked in reference to your questionnaire answers so we can clarify your data and confidently place you into a matching program.
4. After a program is matched to you, it will be your responsibility to decide whether you would officially like to be enrolled in it or not.
5. The CFE Carbon team will take the lead and enroll you into the program of your choice once a decision is made.
6. More data will be needed for all programs, so you will need to be collaborative in that collection.
7. Be organized and have data prepared for when the collection process begins.
8. All data will be securely kept and will be assigned a number code, by the carbon company, to keep your data anonymous once entered into the carbon program.
9. CFE will be asking for an FSA 578 once you are in a program.
