Owning condo storage allows you to deliver into any CFE location to store corn or soybeans and even a combination of both for as long you wish.
- The condo is sold in units of 5,000 bushel with estimated cost of $ 2.60 per bushel
- Annually you will be assessed a fee of $.09 locked in for 3 years to cover insurance, property taxes and electricity on the bin itself
- We can only offer this to Iowa residents at this time
