Update Regarding Cancellation of the 125th Anniversary Celebration Due To Flooding

CFE 125 History Books

Our trade territory has significantly been impacted by the recent flooding events. We have many members, communities, facilities and employees who are all battling damage and disaster areas. While we are still determining the extent of possible damage or remediation efforts to our own facilities, we know this may be an ongoing clean up effort for many. If you have specific questions or needs, we recommend reaching out directly to your nearest CFE location. We appreciate your patience as we navigate these impacts to our facilities and services.

The CFE 125th Anniversary Celebration, scheduled for Saturday, June 29 at the Lyon County Fairgrounds has been canceled due to the extreme flooding. We will instead turn our focus to supporting our locations, employees, communities and customers navigating this historic flooding event. We want to thank all of the vendors, entertainment and partners who were as eager as we were to see this well-deserved celebration take place.

As a farmer-owned cooperative, we’ve experienced many difficulties and challenges in our 125 years. Nevertheless, we will always find a way to support our customers, employees and communities.

Our Board of Directors and entire CFE team extend our sincerest thoughts to those who have experienced damage and loss during this time.
